Faith leaders across Texas join to raise awareness for religious minorities across the globe facing persecution. Join Speak Freedom Texas – A state-wide invitation to churches to stand with people living in countries suffering conflict, religious persecution and as a result horrific humanitarian crisis. We have provided resources for churches to download from this website to help your church get involved.
“It’s good to be free! Religious Liberty is especially good to those of us who believe in and follow Jesus. Our Texas Baptist family stands united with our brothers and sisters around the world who do not, yet, know the joy of religious freedom. Thank you 21Wilberforce for being a voice for the voiceless. BGCT is with you and for you!”

RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION
DBU Students Speak Out
With three-quarters of people in the world living under religious persecution and discrimination, we challenge you and your church to stand with those impacted by international religious persecution. We invite you and your church to join us on November 3, 2019.
GET INVOLVED
It’s more important than ever to come together and support those persecuted for their faith around the world. We have provided a link to materials prepared by Voice of the Martyrs. These resources (video, bulletin insert and ppt slides) will help you, your small group, your church and your family pray for those persecuted for their beliefs on Sunday, November 3rd as well as throughout the year.
